Kimbrose Day Centre

Kimbrose Day Centre

Kimbrose takes it's name from the Hospital of St Kyneburgh which once stood in central Gloucester.

It is a purpose built day centre, designed to meet the needs of the Trust's residents together with those of elderly people from the local community.

The large, bright and airy main room overlooks the gardens and patio area of Magdalen House. It also provides a pleasant view of the ancient Chapel of St Margaret. GCT enables other organisations to make use of this wonderful facility so that it is used as fully as possible. Currently "Headway", the brain injury recovery charity and the Dementia Care Trust make use of the building as do a local scrabble club and choir.

Kimbrose can also be used as a training, seminar or meeting facility when there are appropriate times available.
