St Bartholomew's, Park Road, Gloucester

This is the largest of our sheltered housing accommodation sites with 44 flats.

St Bartholomew's is situated quite close to the centre of Gloucester and is opposite the park which provides a lovely outlook for the flats on the front of the building. The block comprises of 17 one bedroom 2 person flats, which can either be occupied by a single person or a couple. There are also 26 one-bedroom one person flats. There is a Guest Room available for residents' visitors at a reasonable cost.

The ground floor common room is a spacious area with it's own kitchen attached and is used for lunch clubs and social occasions.

There are two lifts on site and a newly constructed buggy store for safe storage of residents' mobility scooters, helping make this an ideal site for those with mobility problems.




St Philip's Court, Philip Street, Gloucester

Philip Street is a pedestrianised street just off the main thoroughfare of Bristol Road in Gloucester.

The sheltered housing accommodation comprises of 21 one-bedroom 2 person flats which can be occupied by either a single person or a couple. There are also 2 bedsit flats and 1 two-bedroom flat.

The flats are arranged on the ground floor, facing the garden and on the first floor. Access to the first floor is by stairways.
