This is the main site with two sections of sheltered accommodation which comprise of 35 one bedroom flats which can be occupied by either a single person for a couple. There is also a small bedsit flat.

One section is contained within the Victorian Almshouse building with flats on the ground floor and first floor, which are accessed by stairs. The second section is within the tower block which is five stories high and has lift access to the upper floors.

Situated in a quiet street in the Kingsholm area of Gloucester St Mark's provides 26 flats which comprise of 9 one-bedroom two person flats which can be occupied by either a single person or a couple, 15 one-bedroom one person flats and 2 two-bedroom flats.
